    I love your blog on bulletproof coffee! I am actually one of those people who drinks bulletproof coffee. As an avid coffee drinker I found that my sensitive stomach was a detriment to my coffee drinking habits. Ghee and MCT oil helped to mitigate the effects of my straight coffee on my gut. The only caveat would be to get the digestive track used to MCT oil first.

      Stacy, very awesome to see people reaping the benefits of GOOD coffee! It’s amazing how bad coffee can be for you with all of the pesticides being used to keep bug infestations out of crops. Farming is no joke!
